Spontaza is run by Panagiotis Nikolaou, an individual based in the United Kingdom("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

You must be at least 16 years old. You must give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your login secure. Each account is for one person, and you're responsible for what happens on yours.

Spontaza is still being built. Features may change, pause or disappear, and things will sometimes go wrong. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Spontaza without owing you anything for it.

You own what you post: your messages, photos, videos, voice notes, plans and memories. You give us permission to store, process and show it to the people you share it with, only so that we can run Spontaza. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies other people have saved themselves.

You're responsible for what you post, and you must have the right to share it, including photos of other people.

Spontaza is for real friends. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not use Spontaza to post, share or do any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, of any kind. We report it to the authorities.
• Intimate images of someone without their consent.
• Graphic violence, or encouraging self-harm or violence.
• Anything illegal, or promoting illegal activity.
• Spam, scams, or pretending to be someone else.
• Sharing other people's private information without their permission.
• Trying to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to Spontaza or other people's accounts.

You can report a person or message and block someone directly in the app, from their profile or from a message. You can also email [email protected].

We review reports within 24 hours. If content breaks these rules, we remove it and may suspend or permanently remove the account that posted it. Where the law requires it, or someone may be at risk, we may pass information to the police or other authorities.

Place details, opening hours, photos and ratings come from third parties such as Google and may be out of date. Suggestions, including AI-generated ones, may be wrong or not suit you. Please check before relying on them.

Spontaza helps you meet people you know. You're responsible for your own plans and safety when you meet up.

Spontaza calls are for calling your groups. They can't be used to call emergency services, so please use your phone's normal dialler for that.

You can stop using Spontaza and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account (see Delete account).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where it's appropriate and safe to do so, we'll tell you why.

Spontaza is provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Apart from that, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by other users. Our total liability to you is limited to £100.

These terms don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms as Spontaza changes. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Spontaza after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
