Delete your Spontaza account

Open Spontaza, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).

• Your profile, email address and login.
• Your messages, reactions, votes and polls, and the photos, videos, voice notes and files you uploaded.
• Places you saved, your availability, your shared location and your settings.
• Groups you own, with everything in them, and plans you created.

Copies in our database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 7 days. Photos or messages that other members saved to their own phones aren't something we can reach.
